No. The events feed, clubs directory, and individual event/club pages are public. You only need an account to join, host, chat, or send friend requests.
English, Russian, and Ukrainian. The interface, navigation, and form fields are fully translated. Event and club descriptions are written by hosts in whichever language they prefer.
No. When you create an event or club, you can choose where members go after joining: the built-in Kolo chat, your existing Telegram group, or any external link. Pick whichever works for your community.
Each event and club has a “require approval” toggle. With it on, joining sends a request you can accept or decline one tap at a time. With it off, anyone can join instantly. You can also flip a “no more seats” switch on a full event to close registration.
Free, for now and for everyone. We're focused on growing a healthy community in Warsaw. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll announce it well in advance and existing communities will keep their current access.
Email and phone aren't shared with other attendees. Reach out via the in-app chat, friend requests, or the social handles people choose to publish on their profile.
Yes, from the profile page. Deleting removes your profile, your events and clubs you created, your messages, and your friend connections. This is irreversible.
Today Kolo Events is built around Warsaw — that's where the curated content and community lives. Other cities are on the roadmap.
